They were my very first agency for my very first travel assignment, and I have regretted it since day one!
My recruiter was able to get me an assignment “quickly” as possible but when things went sour with his coworker says he “worked his butt off to get me an assignment”. I am the one who has the experience to get a job not the recruiter but, once I had issues trying to notarize something their credentialing officer said “She had no way telling if I was a fake person” telling me to go to the library, not listening, and not checking her privilege; they took the assignment away. I was able to find another agency to take the assignment help me find ways to find a solution of notarization which is all this agency had to do. They also did not have housing which they had me try to find on my own. They had no idea what they were doing. Had me go on AirBnB to book a room with my debit card in which if I had money on there I would of been out of it. Unprofessional and not trustworthy taking assignments away when someone is in an vulnerable situation is not a company to work for. What else can they do when you are the underdog?

I have worked with Fortus about three years now, and I would work with them for three more. Fortus has taken good care of me as far as my needs in traveling. They would call and check on me constantly, to make sure I’m not in need of anything. My recruiter there is really nice. I just love everyone’s attitude at Fortus

Housing was in a very bad area and cars were unsafe rent a wrecks. Would
send emails and they would never respond if it was to correct a mistake they would respond. Called housing and car person in charge on the carpet very defensive . They make a pretty package but then drop the ball. I was housed next door to homeless shelter and soup kitchen in a bad downtown area of the city where I was placed.
