    1. My recruiter Rhi is always easy to reach and I feel like she really listens to me when it comes to what I want and need out of an assignment!

    2. I’ve been working with Flexcare for almost 2 years now and Q has been an amazing recruiter. He’s stuck with me through call offs, canceled contracts, and covid. He’s always available and checks in frequently just to make sure everything is going well. 10/10 would recommend

    3. My recruiter, Rachel, is seriously the best. Shes had my back since day one of travel nursing. She always checks in on me to make sure that Im happy on assignment and that things are going well. She also makes sure that Im getting assignments where I want to go at a fair pay rate. Shes even been supportive of my decision to go back to staff due to COVID causing so many contract cancellations. She cares about her nurses as people. I dont think I could ever work with any other recruiter! If/when I go back to travel nursing she will be the first person I call!

    4. My recruiter Jennifer Dempsey is so helpful and very patient. Getting my first travel assignment took a while but she constantly checked up on me and helped me get an assignment.

    5. I been traveling for over four years and I had great experiences with multiple different agencies. My worst experiences were with Flexcare Medical Staffing. I would warn nurses to not work with Flexcare Medical Staffing Company. I had many bad experiences with this company. They lost two contracts with two different hospitals and, they lied about the reasons. I ended up working directly with the first hospital system they lost the contract and work per-diem for higher pay. The agency didn’t want to pay for canceled contract. I gave them a second chance and, the second contract they lost in the middle of signing the contract and I was offered and I accepted the job offered. I was glad I didn’t sign with this agency because they wanted me to sign a contract with major missing information. Lastly, I found the same job offer a few days later with another agency and they were paying $700 more a week. I would never work with this company again or refer any travel nurse to this company. This company use to be a good agency but its going downhill.

    6. Probably the biggest factor in a travel nurse/recruiter relationship is whether or not he/she really has your best interest in mind. As a travel nurse, you have to be selfish at times and do what is best for you, fortunately, working with Tagen Davis is easy in that realm because she is always looking for the best options for YOU as well.

    7. Deanna Donabedian, my recruiter was amazing! She guided me through the steps of becoming a travel nurse and followed up with me from the very beginning. She always returned my calls and emails and she was easy to come to.I would wholeheartedly recommend her for nurses looking for a recruiter.

    8. As a first time traveling nurse, I had no idea what to expect or really what to look for in an agency. I was referred to Jennifer Dempsey at Flexcare from a friend, who is also a travel nurse. I could not have asked for a better recruiter. She gave me all the information that I asked and needed, was totally accessible, easy to talk to, and made the whole process so manageable. I can’t rave about her enough, from constantly checking in on me to working hard on getting me the assignment that I wanted, I am at complete awe with how organized and professional she is. I would 100% refer her to anyone who is looking to be travel nurse.

    9. I have worked with Tagen Davis at Flexcare for just over a year. She has always exceeded my expectations when it comes to working with her. She always is available to talk to if I have questions and always takes the time to answer/explain anything that I need to know. She is always honest when it comes to assignments/pay. She has made my traveling nurse experience very amazing this past year. Thank you Tagen Davis!

    10. This is the only agency with which I have experience. There were a few little glitches with getting started but that may have been related to my distance from resources. Overall, I have had positive interactions with my recruiter and plan to stay with this agency for my next assignment.

    11. I have worked with Flexcare for almost a year now and they have been great. The only complaint I have with Flexcare is that when I asked about housing for an assignment they were not very helpful. I typically take the stipend anyway, however, in this particular area it is difficult to find housing and I was told to “look on sites like Facebook” which I do not have. Other than that the pay rates have been on par with other agencies. My recruiter Heather Bierwirth is outstanding. She has worked incredibly hard to find jobs for me. I’ve been a nurse for 6 years and was getting burned out working in the ICU. Other companies pushed me to continue to work in the ICU/PACU because it was easier for them to find me jobs. Heather was on top of it and found jobs for me when others ignored my requests. The job I have now (in clinic, which I love!) was actually subcontracted through a company I was already working with as well. They failed to mention this job to me, but Heather jumped on it and got me in. I am so thankful for her hard work and dedication. I am now enjoying my job and life much more because she was willing to listen and take time out for me. She is always gently reminding me of deadlines and checks in to make sure I am doing OK. I feel like I am treated as an individual with Flexcare rather than just a money maker.

    12. My recruiter was painfully honest about the traveling nursing agencies and their process. I really appreciated that bluntness, and how efficiently she worked to arrange my assignment and all my requirements in such a short time.

    13. Flexcare and it’s recruiters are very reliable and efficient. They keep you updated with the process and help you through your transition.

    14. Denae Muraski has been a great and supportive recruiter to me. She has been available when I needed her or made others easily available to me if she is not.

    15. I have worked for this company for nearly 1 yr. Denae Muraski is my recruiter and is the epitomy of a great recruiter. She is always professional and genuinely interested in my personal well-being as well as my professional. She takes my cue on reaching out and would be available as much as I required, although I’m fairly independant. Denae has exceeded my expectations in a recruiter in every way. I am always able to contact her or have an alternative when she’s not available. She has advocated for me firmly with the VMO at my hospital. Always kind and looking out for me. I’d recommend Denae, and because of her, Flexcare to any traveler looking for a stabile, consistent, trustworthy, and honest organization.

    16. Denae Muraski has been amazing. She is a wonderful recruiter and I recommended her highly. She makes herself available and is quick to respond with my needs and questions. She helps to make each assignment run smoothly. Im glad to have her.

    17. Denae Muraski has been amazing. She is a wonderful recruiter and I recommended her highly. She makes herself available and is quick to respond with my needs and questions. She helps to make each assignment run smoothly. Im glad to have her.

    18. I have worked with Denae Muraski at Flexcare for the past 8-ish years. She’s THAT good. She responds immediately to any questions or concerns I have, which are very few because she’s always got it all under control. She’s super upfront with all details, including pay/benefits/etc so I can make informed decisions without any pressure from her. Would (and have) recommend her to anyone.

    19. I have had the pleasure to work with Denae Muraski as my recruiter and I have only positive things to say about her. She is accountable, honest, timely and works very hard for me. I feel that we have a great working relationship. I also appreciate that she takes the time to acknowledge my efforts to keep in compliance. I hope to continue to work with her in the future!

    20. Jen Dempsey told me from day one she would give her all to her recruits and she has never let me down. She stuck with me (for a year) while I decided when the right time was to travel nurse and when that time came she was a rockstar and was ALWAYS available. She is very on top of her game and accommodating. She set up appointments for me within minutes, had me submitted to jobs within an hour of my licenses coming in. She gave me realistic expectations of what to expect with an assignment and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone getting into travel nursing!

    21. Julio Castano was an amazing recruiter to work for! He made sure I got the assignment I wanted and was constantly checking in. I really recommend working with this company. They did a great job supporting and helping me out.

    22. Julio is my recruiter and is wonderful, he always quick to respond and as soon as we ask a question he finds the answer. Im excited to work with him again on my next assignment.

    23. my recruiter, Deanna Donabedian, has been absolutely wonderful. Very aggressive and trying to find me the assignments that I need.

    24. Great traveling company and Brodie is best kind person. He always check on me and he makes sure I am doing good at my assignment location

    25. I worked for them back in 2015 I was a newbie. And I really needed to work for the best pay. My recruiter was Denea. I was put in an assignment where I wasnt familiar with the computer system and although I had at least 20 years experience and working in a fast paced orthopedic unit would normally be a piece of cake. However I was only given 1 day to learn a very NON user friendly computer system CERNER which caused me to look incompetent due to struggling with the admits & dcs in the computer. And instead of the facility giving me a couple more days to learn the computer system, they tried moving me to SNU units which didnt help anything! I tried talking to the manager, however the very cliquey staff had already gotten to her and I guess said I couldnt cut it. I never had a chance. And instead of supporting me my agency only listened to the hospital and of course my contract was cancelled. I have since learned Dialysis and since Flexcare had such a good reputation I had stayed in contact with the recruiter Denea and the 1st time I contacted her she said they didnt do Dialysis which was about a year ago, and then I recently contacted Denea again and she was quite rude and said she doubted they would ever use me again. I know there are 2 sides to every story, but my resume and references are excellent. As well as my work ethic. And since this company gets such good reviews I thought it was important to put this out there. And my last review was obviously removed. Luckily I have found multiple excellent companies and recruiters to meet my needs. So I hope none of you gets into a position where you need support from these guys because I think they are more worried about their ratings than anything. Even though the pay was good. I feel Denea is very fake and unforgiving. As well as her superiors. So Im going to try to give a fair score on the things that they did do. But PAY isnt everything. So be sure you ask your recruiter if they will support you if you get into a situation that requires help .

    26. Taylor Steffan helped ease me into my first travel assignment and has been available to me whenever I needed her. My experience has been great so far!

    27. I was sent on an assignment in a lg city. Dont want to name names because I dont want to be scrutinized. But I was thrown into a medsurg assignment not in area I was comfortable. Then they told me I would be using epic computer system, thats not what happened. The hospital used cerner, which I had no knowledge of! I had only 1 day to learn this system and it not user friendly. On top of that I was put on an orthopedic unit which was very fast paced and it made me look bad. Needless to say I lost my contract! No support from FLEXCARE! They are great until you get in a rough spot then youre thrown to the dogs. I will never use them again! Dont let their ratings fool ya.

    28. Morgan Singleton is the absolute best! She always answers my e-mails, text, and calls. She is kind, knowledgable , and knows what she is doing!

    29. I have loved my experience with FlexCare. Donna Donabedian has been so helpful and has guided me well throughout my first year of travel nursing.

    30. I have not yet had the chance to start my first assignment but my recruiter from Flexcare Jen Dhempsey has been more than helpful and reliable during my communication with her. Great job.

    31. This review is specifically for Tegan Wallace. She has been amazing to work with. She is very efficient, communicative, hard working, understanding and always goes above and beyond.

    32. Note: I dont use company housing.

Kristina Berhenke is an AMAZING recruiter. I know a ton of nurses say that about a company they work for.
If I ever have an issue with an assignment, Kristina (my one point of contact with Flexcare) will be ready to assist!
Flexcare is a great organization to work along side. They allow one point of contact, so yes…you do not need to call three people to get your pay worked out. You dont have to rely on an account manager to call you for an assignment. With Flexcare, you talk with an incredibly knowledgable recruiter who looks into ALL your questions for you!!!
      Yep. One person.
      And my person is Kristina!!
Flexcare doesnt need to advertise. They dont need to send out fancy gifts. They rely on a family approach to make your home on the road feel less than 13 weeks.

    33. My recruiter was horrible. Nasty, rude, condescending, pushy, arrogant, plain awful. IDK…made me doubt this company 100%. The bad rating is well deserved for hiring this fool.

    34. I have worked with Geoff Krieger since September of last year. At the time I was not ready to start travel nursing quite yet but Geoff continued to check in with me and when the time was right he started sending me possible assignments. I have since then started my first assignment as a travel nurse. Geoff is always available whenever I have questions and concerns. If he doesnt know the answer right at the moment he will find it. He continues to check in to make sure everything is going well with me and the assignment. He has been a great help and so far Flexcare has definitely lived up to their promises.

    35. I have enjoyed working with Flexcare for the last couple of years, and I have enjoyed it so far, 1-2 little bumps on the way but we were able to get over it and find common ground..

    36. Jennifer Dempsey is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She explained everything I needed to know during our first conversation and was able to get me my first contract within 48hrs. She is very quick with her responses and always professional. Overall, I have had a great experience with Flexcare!

    37. I am new to the travel nursing world and after my first assignment ended I made the switch to Flexcare and Im SO glad I did. I knew I made the right decision after my first phone conversation withTaylor Steffan. She explained everything to me in a way I understood and I realized how little I had truly known about my first assignment. She kept me calm during the stressful process of finding a new contract by always being available when I needed help (or sometimes just reassurance that I would not be homeless!) She found me countless opportunities in the location. The onboarding process was virtually painless, as she was my single point of contact and made sure I had everything I needed to start my new job. So thankful to be a part of the Flexcare team.

    38. Love my recruiter! He works his fanny off for me! When I call to gripe he listens and tries to figure out a way to help me if he can. Always does his very best to get me the assignment I want! Been with him over 2 years. Strayed 1 time and went right back to him! Lol

    39. Natalie Pisciotta is very personable and an incredible recruiter from Flexcare. She is understanding, easy to communicate with, and always on the ball as far as keeping in touch and putting her best effort forward to assist. As a “newbie” traveler she was patient and upfront with all aspects of my first assignment. No complaints about the company, they seem to be one of the higher paying, no fuss straight to the point sort of contracts which I like. Highly recommend Flexcare and definitely seek out Natalie Pisciotta as she will work hard for you!

    40. Kory James has been amazing to work this. I can always reach him whenever I have questions or concerns. He works hard to make your experience the best possible.

    41. My recruiter Karl Jonczyk has made my journey into travel nursing the best one I could ask for. He is always available, extremely helpful, and the nicest recruiter I’ve ever spoken to! I am happy to call him my friend and trust that he will always do right by me. I give Flexcare 5 stars so far and recommend them 100%!

    42. Best pay I have gotten as a travel nurse and this is my 4th assignment. My recruiter Deanna was able to get my a position in the area I wanted on day shift which I was told was impossible by other agencies but she worked hard to get me what I wanted.

    43. I’ve been working with FlexCare Medical Staffing for two assignments now and cannot be more happy with choosing this company. My recruiter, Quang Q Phan, is absolutely fantastic. When deciding what company to go with, Q answered every question I could have possibly had about the traveling nurse process and made me feel extremely comfortable in taking the leap. He continues to work hard in finding me assignments in states and areas I want to explore and constantly checks in to make sure everything is going well and smoothly. I cannot stress enough how great of a recruiter he is and how easy and enjoyable he makes starting every assignment.

    44. My agent is Tarryn Schmidt. She has been very helpful as this is my first travel nursing job. Taryn is always available for any questions or concerns and is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

    45. It was recommended to use FlexCare by a traveler I met randomly in Seattle. After not having the greatest assignments with other agencies I tried I gave FlexCare a call. Quang “Q” Phan is an amazing recruiter. The amount of work he put in and options he gave me was astouding. He is much more communicative than previous recruiters I’ve used and his work ethic is impressive. Very happy I switched to FlexCare and would recommend them to anyone!

    46. My recruiter Jennifer Dempsey has from day 1 been awesome she has been professional accomadating and literally been available day and night ..she responds so quickly I will stay with this agency simply because of how Jennifer has continually treated me like her own family .. I cant comment on housing because we found our own but everything elses has been beyond organized

    47. My recruiter is Ian Grey, and he has been friendly and professional, through all my pickiness. A good recruiter is an asset to a good company and i am fortunate to have found both.
