  • A really great company to work for. Joey the VP will do anything to make things right. Pay is competitive, recruiters professional, and when the Sheesh hits the fan, and inevitably it will... these guys go to bat for you! Great Company. 05/27/2018
  • This is the first company I ever worked with, and I have completed three extensions, and another separate contract with them as well. The pay is decent and is comparable to other agencies. More importantly my paycheck is accurate and on time. The contracts are straight forward, and the assignment selection is good. The few times I forgot to submit my time sheet, my recruiter has always e-mailed me a reminder. I work with Caitlin Wilson, and she always responds very quickly to my e-mails- which is how i prefer to be contacted. I work nights, and hate to be called in the middle of the day, and Caitlin is the only recruiter I've ever interacted with that respects that. Caitlin listens to me and understands what I need/want from our relationship. Whether you wants a hands off approach, or like to check in more frequently- Caitlin will adapt to meet your needs. 04/26/2017
  • Awesome company with a wide range of nursing specialties that they offer assignments to and offer several locations as well. Good pay, timely pay, very accommodating. 03/09/2017
  • I started a my first traveling assignment in 2015. at first they were a good agency. Then I was hospitalized due to acute health issues outside my control and not only did the hospital I worked for terminate me the next day after finding out I was hospitalized, the accounts manager would not let me go back to that hospital for six months. This company WILL NOT stand behind you. I lost my health insurance. now I am swimming in medical bills. they will not fight for you. very sad company and pay isn't well either. 11/16/2016
  • Dishonest predatory arrogant assholes. Having 'professional' is an affront to anyone is any profession. I would sell pencils on the street before working with them again. 10/22/2016
  • A single cookie for nurses week, really people. When you have a problem it is always turned back to your problem, do not stick up for their nurses, depending on what recruiter you get depends on what extra you get, not the same across the board. 05/19/2016
  • Adam Barrett took advantage of my first travel assignment. Upon finding out my bill rate, I was being given about 50% TOTAL! What a scam! They are predatory of first time travelers, and will even employ nurses who have less than a YEAR experience!!! There are MUCH better places to choose from! 03/20/2016
  • They only care about their contracts with facilities. You will not be a priority. They do not care at all about you, your lisence, or your money. They will never be on your side. 02/29/2016
  • This was a horrible experience 01/04/2016
  • This is a predatory company. Anyone who provides them a great rating has not most likely been an RN very long and if you have, then I will not go there. Beware as they do not support their nurses and if others feel they do, well the other shoe has not dropped yet. Beware! There are many others out there that do a much better job and others quite similar to this one. 09/25/2015
  • Courtney Eierman is a great recruiter/always available. She is concerned not only with the contract but with the nurse. I would recommend this company to other nurses. The only negative is they do not pay as much as some other companies. 02/05/2015
  • At first, great. But beware. Hospital contract is much more important than you are. No matter how bad the situation. 11/20/2014
  • This agency has gone above and beyond to help me get started. 09/25/2014
  • Very detailed on assignments. My recruiter Pam Heiman is the BEST recruiter whom I have worked with over 10 years now. Very knowledgeable and honest. Not a large company which is great because you are not a number but a part of their family. Have worked with the larger companies in the past and they can learn a lot from these medium to smaller companies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5 stars ***** 09/02/2014
  • So friendly, super efficient, very professional. Never forgot my info, preferences or requests. Answered all my questions within minutes. Even assisted with finding my own housing arrangements. Whole team very professional and supportive. My recruiter is Courtney Wiseman, she's the absolute best. Never worry about payday, even though Focus One is painfully involved! I'd eagerly recommend this agency to all my friends. 05/17/2014
  • I have had an excellent experience with Jackson Nursing and my Travel Agent. If it wasn't for wanting to stay in FL permanently I would most definitely stay with this company. Since I am married I would like to get my family moved down here to a permanent place. 03/25/2014
  • Steven Parker is my recruiter and he is awesome. The company as a whole is awesome. 10/19/2013
