  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Great Hospital, great location. Low acuity. If you're looking to deal with very sick and challenging patients, this is not the place for you. This hospital takes "basic" emergencies. ICU nurse, have to float to medsurge two-three times a week. Usually the float is to be the break nurse or resource nurse. Sometimes, I would rather float. Novato is very EXPENSIVE to live in.Keep that in mind! This is a place that will make you think long and hard about staying here full time. 04/05/2016
    • Housing was approximately 4 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Airbnb. Housing was located in city of Novato. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. In-law suite. $2200/month.
  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Floated a lot. Staff was not approachable or kind to travelers. Would not go back to this hospital! 08/06/2014

    • Nice apartments, secure area, well kept grounds, great fitness center and pool area. Incredibly friendly office staff.
