  • I worked in the operating room department(s) in the hospital. The regular staff are very nice and so are the surgeons. Management is all talk and no action. The daily schedule ALWAYS runs over, cases are overbooked, there are always add ons. You feel like you are never going to get out of there. They will leave you in a room or have you start a case and not tell you that there is no relief. Terrible communication.Lots of call, twice a week, sometimes 3. 12/23/2020

  • I worked in the ED department(s) in the hospital. The ED staff is very traveler friendly. They made me feel as if I were a part of "their family". All staff members were eager to offer help. The hospital is older and on the smaller side so it isn't the most technologically advanced place to work. But overall it isn't bad. I would definitely return for another assignment. 07/13/2017

  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. Very welcoming and accumulating to travelers. 1 day orientation to hospital and computer and 2 shifts following a nurse to get lay of the land and procedures 10/15/2015
    • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Aiken luxury rentals. Housing was located in city of AIKEN. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Used aiken luxury rentals. Husband and wife owned propert. On old horse estate, they live in main house and I stayed in the propert called the carriage house. Old horse carriage area turned into 1 bedroom studio that's beautifully decorated. Walking distance to horse barns and the famous polo fields.

    • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Hearthstone. Housing was located in city of San Antonio. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. At Hearthstone apartments once moved in no hot water. Have struggled with office to get this resolved. The maintenance got water warm but not hot. Complained to District manager and he promised to resolve the water situation but lied. Have been in apartment one month with still no hot water. Also noticed bugs from time to time and had to treat that myself. Apartment offered no compensation for all aggravation requested compensation but not holding breath

On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. Very old building, old stove. Kitchen drawers fell out when opened. Large roaches in building, no bathroom ventilation. Outside appearance of building very run-down.
