- Very professional experience 05/06/2022
- Med Pro has been absolutely amazing to work with. My Recruiter Karen has been so wonderful to work with. You can tell she cares about me as a person first. She has been there for me through all of my assignments. She has gone to bat for me when the facility I worked at gave me trouble. Med pro has always had plenty of assignment offers throughout areas I was interested in traveling to. I have recommended this company to other travelers who have thanked me for showing them med pro! Med pro is definitely worth looking into as a new or seasoned travel nurse! 02/06/2019
- Sent to Georgia for a 13 wk contract, while traveling 19 hours to GA, I had called recruiter to verify schedule. Recruiter verified scheduled-Once I got there within 2 days I was told they didn't know I was to work 12 hr shifts, I tried verifying this with Medpro and was informed to talk to management, It took over 2 weeks and a hurricane that I had slept in a car because there was no hotels within one hour of the facility-I was on call (which I should not have been if my schedule was correct)-and had to be within 15 min. of the facility-Medpro was aware of this-I then completed 56 hours in 3 days-was informed by supervisor that census had dropped and I was no longer needed (census was at 14 patients for 3 nurses)-I called recruiter and left the assignment-I was not paid for mileage, Medpro would not pay for my hours of 56 hours-I had to cut those back to 42-Medpro did nothing to correct this with the company, they just gave me a number to "keep calling"-Very horrible experience- 12/23/2018
- Med Pro is by far my favorite agency. When I started my assignment with them, they sent me a welcome package with a magnet of SC, a postcard of top things to do in SC, a MedPro bag, and some other small items. I got care packages from them every month and one of them was a $100 ticketmaster gift card. I also got a fleece jacket. They made me feel VERY valued. I have my name with several companies, and MedPro always had the highest pay packages of any of them. I would even compare the same job among other high named agencies, and MedPro always had the best pay. It's a great company I plan to work with as often as possible. 03/22/2018
- My recruiter Kenny is the greatest. He always listens to what I want in an assignment and then goes out and finds it. He is accessible to me any time of day by phone or text. Paycheck has never been late.
I am happy with my company. 01/19/2018
- So far everything has been greatholh 07/01/2017
- Great company. My recruiter was easily accessible via text, email, or phone, which is very important to me. I felt that he maximized my pay when I extended my contract. Always receive my paycheck on time. Only once or twice where they made small errors, but wasn't a big thing and they rectified it. I would use them again. 01/25/2017
- Medpro is absolutely hands down the most professional caring, honest company I have seen in my 21 yrs of nsg. With the last 13 yrs being in travel nsg. The only negative is the cost of insurance premiums. Camesha my recruiter is amAAAzing!! I took housing stiphen 10/23/2016
- Great recruiter!! 10/06/2016
- I love Med Pro Staffing !My recruiter is the absolute best! I have recommended him to many many nurses!!! 04/30/2016
- Told them I only work 7a-7p. Third day of orientation was told (accidently) by hospital it was a 7p-7a and they did not need 7a-7p. My recruiter had no idea. I agreed (negotiating with the hospital myself)to try 3p-3a (as the hospital was desperate) but Med Pro set me up in a hotel across the street. I averaged 3-4hrs sleep r/t housekeeping staff arrived with their children and woke me every day @ 7am. Did not complete the contract. I suppose I will be ostracized from Med Pro ever working again in South Florida. The hospital did offer me a full time position though. 06/20/2015
- Love my recruiter. 06/09/2015
- Excellent agency! 06/09/2015
- I went thru MedPro for my first assignment and could not have placed myself in better hands. Everyone was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions efficiently and promptly. I had recruiters from other agencies didn't take the time to document anything about what I was looking for, or my experiences, trying to get me to sign on for jobs I wasn't qualified for, or send me to places I made clear I had no interest in! 09/10/2014
- I would travel with them again only had one issue with my paycheck but it was corrected quickly. Housing was an extended stay but hotel was very nice. 04/18/2014
- I have completed 2 assignments with MedPro Staffing and so far everything has been great. My recruiter is always available for me day and night. I love that I can text her at any time and she will respond. 04/18/2014
- They dropped the ball on housing for contract, I had to find my own motel. They illegally took out taxes I didn't authorized and never returned them. 06/08/2013
- They only call you when they need you. Will not return a phone call to save there lives. Have been housed in some extremely bad places. No insurance, and the pay is BAD ! Be WARNED... 04/26/2010
