  • Housing was approximately .5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Extended stay. Housing was located in city of Temple. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. 09/24/2012
  • Extended stay right across street was great. Clean, friendly & very safe
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Pecan Point. Housing was located in city of Temple, Tx. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. 05/31/2012
  • The housing complex is very nice, it has a pool and a fitness center( can use some newer equipment). It is a gated community and it is quiet and serene in this complex. It has a hot tub that never worked they complex was ordering parts for it , so it was not functioning during my whole assignment.
  • I worked in the PICU department(s) in the hospital. Beware of a really long hospital orientation day. Two full days of orientation on any unit that you work or float to is unusual and nice at least the peds hospital does that. Travelers float first even if they tell you thats not true. Each unit seems to have diiferent charting. Hospital in general really needs to update some of their supplies and ways. A little backwards in some areas. 01/06/2009
  • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Woodbridge Crossing. Housing was located in city of Temple. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. I find my own housing as I travel with my husband and 2 children. The manager here, Rhonda, was awesome when I explained I was a travel nurse and needed a three month lease. They were also able to provide a washer/dryer in my unit for only $30.00 a month added to my lease. There is a pool,a workout room, a sports court and an indoor raquetball court here on property. Outside of buildings needs a little work, but they are supoosed to be doing that soon. Inside is a little dated, but kept up very well.
