  • I worked in the Surgery department(s) in the hospital. I found parking too limited. Staff are good to work with. Manager was very helpful. Very good experience over all. They needed more staff in evenings and weekends. One secretary acted like she ran the department and knew more about doing a RN job than me. 04/20/2017
  • Housing was approximately 19 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Personal. Housing was located in city of Maryville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Housing was on my own.
  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. Safety is a big issue. Employee cars were broken into daily during the day and night. One employee was stabbed a few minutes before I walked out the door. After that happen (I had already been there 6 weeks) was told never ride the elevator alone or take the stairs alone. Shannon does the week long orientation and she is superior. Very helpful and knowledge. This is the first hospital where the staff morale was not on the gound....they were all supportive. They have a 46 bed unit broken down into ICU/NICU/MICU/CICU. There computer charting was great. 04/14/2008
