Southwest SWAT nurses is the best paying travel company I have ever worked with. Southwest SWAT is run by nurses and they cut out a lot of overhead, therefore passing the extra savings on to their travel nurses with better pay than most other companies. However, due to a smaller amount of staff, travel nurses do need to take on more responsibility than with other companies, so I would not recommend this company for inexperienced travelers. However, they are a great company for experienced travelers and offer competitive pay. 09/28/2020
Southwest SWAT Nurses is an RN-only agency. Company RNs handle all travelers. NO LAY RECRUITERS, YIPPIE ! I will not travel with another company; the RN management is tops....Lisa. 04/11/2008
