  • I worked in the IMC/Neuro/Trauma department(s) in the hospital. Outdated facility, broken equipment, understaffed. Inadequate orientation/training. Very negative attitude of other nursing staff regarding the hospital. Lack of CNA staff. Scheduling issues. Just a bad experience overall. 10/19/2016
  • Housing was approximately N/A mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was N/A. Housing was located in city of N/a. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Hotel
  • I worked in the med/surg department(s) in the hospital. Low Moral of Nurses. Manager's do nothing to improve conditions. New part of hospital is nice, private rooms. Old part of hospital neglected, dirty, double rooms. LPNs talk back and fight with RNs - are not very willing to pass meds, only care about washing a patient and fingersticks. Nurse to patient ration is 1:9 on nights one time i floated and was assigned 10 patients, is that even legal!? Dayshift you can have up to 6-7 patients, No charge nurse to help on floor. there is a team leader that also has full patient assignment so you end up with no help. Very ill patients who feel entitled to whatever they can get - treat nurses like waitresses or slaves! MDs are very helpful and work well with nursing staff. Residents also available to call for help, will come assess patient if needed. 08/30/2016
