  • I worked in the COVID/med/surg department(s) in the hospital. The staff was friendly and accepting of travelers of which there were many. They changed charting systems to Epic half way through the assignment but there was plenty of tech support. Since it was a COVID assignment we did our own blood draws, EKGs, etc...pt load was divided up fairly. The charge nurses were VERY helpful. This was a good experience. 05/07/2021
    • Housing was approximately 7 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Airbnb. Housing was located in city of Sumter. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. My Airbnb hostess was very accomodating. We went shopping together and she took me around to see the sights. People in the area were all pretty friendly.
