  • I worked in the PCU/ICU department(s) in the hospital. The area is great. The parking is great. Most of the staff is great. However, working for this Kaiser was horrible. During the pandemic they did not supply proper PPE or education to their staff. I was pulled aside for educating staff including RN's not to go into certain covid rooms without PAPR. They did not prepare for the covid surge and were shuffling to try and find enough staff. PCU 6-8 patients w/o charge. ICU 3-4 sometimes w/o charge. unnecessary chaos and very unsafe for patients and staff. I can say 100% in all of my adult life this is the worst management team I have ever had to work with. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. 01/28/2021
