  • I worked in the ICU,CCU,DOU department(s) in the hospital. I would never recommend this shithole place. Don’t be deceive with the hello humankindness! Because this place will lower your morale, their cardiologist are devil. oh my God I don’t like to drop names but working here those doctors will let you feel your are worthless and too bad the hospital is tolerating this kind of of culture. Stepping into this place you don’t feel at ease at all, A religious company that are housing and tolerating bad ethics which are contradictory to the company’s mission and vision. That is only one, another bonus is you are mostly going to catch covid when you go to DOU. Filthy, unorganized and you don’t have stuff for use. Patients will die easily here. No help, you are going to drown working. Even if you would want the best care you just simply can’t. Patient will most likely die from being unattended just because Having 3 covids in Dou and total care is extremely unbearable. The most scary part is whatever happens, this hospital can easily throw you off the bus. Hopefully BON will check on this matter. And not the poor nurse as always put in trouble. The plastic covered on the door is not effective to prevent you from getting the covid. I can go on and on and on but I’m stopping myself, because this is creating a hatred in my heart with the bad experience overall. Which I went to this place with full trust that I am at peace because this is God driven facility. But it is not. Very hostile place to work. I’m glad I’m done. This is a warning to all. Go somewhere else. Better go to a place that you knew that it is already worst and you are aware that you are coming to hell. Than expecting a good experience and totally will lead you to frustration. 08/12/2020
  • Housing was approximately 7 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Stayed in hotel. Housing was located in city of Oxnard. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. Difficult to find a housing in this area, expensive place to stay.
