  • I worked in the Endo department(s) in the hospital. The hospital is new 2019, new everything in the procedure rooms but the staff is so burned out, they are rude, conniving and do not like to orient travelers properly. They will lie about teaching you something just to make themselves look like they are doing right but they really don't care if you have the proper orientation. They are watching and waiting for you to make an error so they can blow it all out of portion and tell management they showed you to do it the right way. When in fact the charge nurse and nursing staff see so many travelers here because there's so many nurses that come and go from this unit. When I was there, there where also 2 other travel nurses. We worked long hours 10 hour scheduled days can turn into 14 almost everyday. They regular staff make this place a very hostile, unfriendly environment. 05/29/2020
