  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. This is a rural access critical care hospital. The staff are great. The CNO I ticked off for reasons unknown because she never spoke to me. Before she left she got rid of the people she didn't like and promoted the ppl she did. The staff are still great. Mostly all the doctors are travelers there on extended contracts. The new nurse manager Emily, watch out for her because she is a very vindictive person. Day shift are awesome I worked nights. Its a 10 bed facility. Your secretary can help out but mostly its you and another nurse (sometimes a third) but people come to this hospital instead of the one in Hobbs because apparently that one is bad. When I left in October 2018, they were about to build a Covenant Hospital in Hobbs which I think everyone will flock to. This one was one of the best hospitals I worked with and would return but can't bc of the old CNO. I was able to complete my contract but could not extend. 05/06/2020
  • The name of the housing complex was Lovington Trails. Housing was located in city of Lovington. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. My housing I found on an Airbnb. I will say that you are in the middle of nowhere (literally). It takes you 30 mins to drive to Hobbs where everything is. Lovington has very few restaurants. I will say that the cost of housing is expensive in this area because the oil companies will pay what ever the hotels will charge so even your Choice brand is $125/night. Hobbs does have an airport which is only flown by United otherwise you have to drive the 90 miles to Roswell.
