  • I worked in the Operating Room department(s) in the hospital. The staff was super friendly and open to receiving travelers. They have staff members that help facilitate turnovers by checking carts, supplies, etc., as well as technicians that help clean the rooms. They have anesthesia techs that are VERY present during intubation and positioning, and they can't go to sleep until the surgeon is in the room, which was awesome. I felt like I could ask whatever questions needed to be asked. When I was there, they used Mckesson (ugh) but they plan on transitioning to epic soonish. The hospital is small, and you'll be doing smaller cases (a lot of hernias, ortho stuff), and nothing too complex or innovative. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here! I would recommend it. 05/05/2020
  • Housing was approximately 7 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private. Housing was located in city of seattle. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. I rented a basement apartment in Seattle.
