  • I worked in the Med/tele department(s) in the hospital. Travelers had absolutely no say in their schedules. Travelers weren't even given access to the schedule and had to have other staff members tell us what days we were working. I had no contact at anytime face to face with the actual nurse manager. Ratios were unsafe with consideration of patient acuity. The hospital would call me on my day off while I was sleeping to tell me about obscure charting considerations. Despite being staffed by over a dozen travelers, our schedules were never considered. This is a magnet hospital that I would not feel comfortable having my family member admitted to. At night, only 1 or two MDs in house. Morale low. Expected better situation for a new facility with magnet status. Would not recommend 05/02/2020
    • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private home . Housing was located in city of Charlotte . On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Found housing my self
