  • I worked in the Float pool med surg department(s) in the hospital. I felt the units that were strictly med surg were good units. I didn't appreciate being floated to the icu units when i'm not an icu nurse. I felt some of the training was lacking and I felt my license would be at risk working in those units. They have blended unit with icu and step down patients but i didn't like how i was treated in this hospital. I felt if they don't like you they will make up reason to say bad things behind your back. The strictly med surg units treated me the best otherwise had a very bad experience. I felt like they micro manage you there instead of having your back. I would only work here if had assigned unit. Floating was too risky at this hospital. 02/25/2020
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Furnished finders. Housing was located in city of Loma linda. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
