  • I worked in the 2B department(s) in the hospital. You will work understaffed the entire time your there. 6-1 RN ratio is normal, zero CNA/LNA. Patient needs a sitter, "too bad we dont have the staff" is the response you'll get. Be prepared to work every single weekend, no block scheduling, and harrassment about any objections to schedule. Manager Sandra Brann is out to get people and belittle them and guilt them for saying anything. Dr. Are not kind and there is no respect for nurses. Go to Maine med or stay away, Portland is an awesome place though! 10/28/2019
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of portland. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Housing is wicked pricey
