  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. I worked in the ICU, but they floated me to the PCU every single shift except for maybe 4 shifts in the ICU the whole contract (which I was lied about during the interview). Staff and charge nurses are rude to travelers. It's a hateful and toxic work environment there. Staff will watch you flounder under a tough assignment without helping and then will talk bad about you amongst themselves. Doctors are the meanest I've ever experienced. The manager doesn't answer your emails or calls. They change the schedule without asking/notifying you. This was the worst assignment I've ever done!! 09/11/2019
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was air bnb. Housing was located in city of Eugene. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. n/a
  • I worked in the Telemetry department(s) in the hospital. Every traveler Floats every 4 hours. No say in schedule worked. All the travelers worked every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 03/15/2019
  • Housing was approximately 15 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Deerwood RV. Housing was located in city of Eugene. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. None
  • I worked in the Float Pool department(s) in the hospital. This was one of my favorite Hospital experiences as a traveler. many times they are willing to work with you in regards to schedule but understand they have their needs as well. The staff absolutely supportive of travelers. The complications are the amount of turnover and managerial staff as it seems that every 3 to 4 years there sea level staff turns over and wants to implement new policies and procedures. Often times they are short staffed which provides the traveler and opportunity for overtime. You will get floated Boston put floating will only happen once per shift about 90% of the time. The process of receiving new patients from the ER was difficult. Hardest sport spot for a traveler to work would be the ER holding area we are constantly burning and turning patients without any character how quickly you're receiving them. But overall the hospital and its staff are amazing 02/13/2019
  • Housing was approximately 8 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Found my Own. Housing was located in city of Eugene. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
