  • I worked in the West Unit department(s) in the hospital. This facility staffing issues are very dangerous. There is only staff member on the unit with adolescent mental health patients at any given time 02/01/2019
    • Housing was approximately 43 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was 1000 Industrial DR. Housing was located in city of Evansville IN. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Too far to travel, 86 miles round trip
