  • I worked in the OR department(s) in the hospital. This hospital experience has been great! If I was wanting to stay put somewhere full time, I'd choose this hospital! Management works with staff and travelers on scheduling. Most doctors are great to all staff (including travelers). The have a lot of travelers right now so you would think they would not want more but they welcome you with open arms. The cases are joints, spine, sports med, trauma, hand, foot, etc. Meditech is the charting system. The only complaint is the instrument room/sterile processing. They are going through management changes and the facility does not have a large enough SPD for the case load and instruments often have to be placed in a One Tray (sterilized in the OR). Overall, these 2 assignments have been great! 12/26/2017
    • Housing was approximately n/a mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of n/a. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I did not use the housing facilities nearby but a lot of the other travelers are using the extended stays that are very close to the hospital. Some of the surrounding areas are not safe but where the hospital is located is safe.
