  • I worked in the Med/surg department(s) in the hospital. This hospital is still trying to shake a bad reputation from previous years. Staffing at times was totally travelers which was to their advantage. Core staff ranged from very reliable, competent RNs to rude, lazy, unprofessional ones. Back stabbing common. Assignment of pts were rarely thought out, acuity the same. EPIC charting. Very small hospital, small town, stayed at a local hotel a short distance away. Supervisors outstanding, very helpful. Staff overworked. 11/21/2017
    • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Hotels . Housing was located in city of Ada. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. Clean, breakfast offered, Walmart close by. Many good food establishments close by.
