  • I worked in the Surgery department(s) in the hospital. The two women that traded the OR charge each week were old school and not open to other opinions or ideas. The Perioperative Manger is just biding his time to retire. Staff morale is pathetic. Stay away. 04/27/2017
    • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Unknown. Housing was located in city of Ottumwa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. Housing was great. The apartment had no sign but was nice and located easily to get the the hospital.
