  • I worked in the Med-Surg department(s) in the hospital. Small Town. Not much to do in town but close to surrounding cities. Trinidad,Co is only a 20 minute drive away. Staff is very traveler friendly. Workload was very reasonable. 10/09/2018
    • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Travelers Solutions LLC. Housing was located in city of Raton. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4.
  • I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. Busy place. lots of travelers. poor communication from regular staff, avoided when asking questions. ordered to take all pt's and ambulances. staff nurse walked out of a code. staff would raise voice and demand that "lunch will be at the computer working" then spit in your food. no lunches or breaks allowed. not placed on schedule until end of contract. night shift works alone if lucky a traveler from another unit comes to help. The hospital, work and patients were great, regular er staff not so good. most travelers are happy and stay awhile. area is beautiful and affordable. very dog friendly city. 02/28/2017

  • I worked in the OB department(s) in the hospital. The majority of nurses at night are agency nurses. The leadership between departments do not see eye to eye and it shows. Lots of floating to other departments when there's nothing going on, but the departments appreciate the willingness to help. Understaffed on the majority of units. 01/03/2017

On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. I travel in my RV, so cannot accurately rate housing. I know several nurses stay in in apartments in town, with varying levels of satisfaction.
