  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. They are vicious toward travelers. I was left alone to care for every patient in the ICU while they had a party. I noticed this after a vented patient popped off three times and I then realized that everyone was GONE! My manager refused to give me off for a religious ceremony and for a scheduled dental appointment with a month's notice. She was nasty and so was the staff much of the time. Especially to each other - very catty - backbiters, negativity abounds and the manager is afraid of her own staff. No guts. My contract was terminated for absolutely no reason and my agency did not pay me for the last two weeks I worked. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE 09/24/2016
  • Housing was approximately n/a mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was n/a. Housing was located in city of Seaville. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. I provided my own housing.
  • I worked in the ICU department(s) in the hospital. worst hospital I've ever set foot in. Unsafe outdated practices, "doc in a box" AICU system at night and youre talking to a different doc for every order, don't use med pyxis just put all of the days meds in a box in the patients room, charting system Soarian is the worst, minimal charting done at all to cover you and lots of missing information on patients. Most sloppy procedures and central line insertions i've ever seen. unsafe assignments with inadequate staffing and unhelpful lazy staff. Minimal procotols, terrible nursing, staff even say how bad this place is and that it is "the hospital at the end of the world" I really don't know how JC hasn't shut it down. 4 more weeks to go and I'm counting down every minute. Worst place ever don't even come here for stitches. the only silver lining is that you're living at the beach. 08/31/2016
  • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was private residence. Housing was located in city of North Wildwood. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. found housing on CL, it's really just a matter of what shore point you want to be at. I was 10 minutes from the hospital, lived 3 blocks from the beach 2 blocks from the bars. It was a great summer besides the job.
