  • I worked in the hospital department(s) in the hospital. ED uses T-system, rest of the hospital uses HealthLand with no cross-over. Staff Morale TERRIBLE! ED staff troubles with difficulty finding staffing, finally have a ED manager appointed after 1+ year, no M-S Mgr, M-S staff jumping ship - take over pending so staff unsure of their futures. 10/18/2017
  • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was on my own. Housing was located in city of Grinnell. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3.
  • I worked in the staff department(s) in the hospital. Cannot say enough about how great the staff and physicians treated me. Typical ER visits with exception of "entitled" college students that received special treatment. EMR housewide is a far cry from up to date that hugely decreases productivity, freezes and generally is one giant pain. ER docs use T-System so another drop in productivity. But the staff - Fantastic . 4 stars! 06/07/2016
  • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was individual. Housing was located in city of Grinnell. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 2. Typical hotel/motel, overpriced for area economy (college), nothing I would give over 2.5 stars to.
