  • I worked in the icu department(s) in the hospital. Most of the nurses had less than 3 years experience.I brought a patient safety issue with a family members request and the managers reply was " we get paid on customer service". I value my license and my ethics would not let me continue here. 05/12/2016
    • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was supplied my own. Housing was located in city of tulsa. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. The housing was nice and reasonable
  • I worked in the surgery department(s) in the hospital. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful! This was my first travel experience and was grateful for all of the help!
