  • I worked in the L department(s) in the hospital. It took about half of my assignment for any of the staff to really talk to me other than the other travelers but once the half way mark hit they started to talk to me. That or the hurricane that they seemed I’ll prepared for which i didn’t understand. They were super nice and let me go home and ride out the storm from the safety of my home far away. I could always guess which assignment I would get by seeing which baby was the worst on the monitor.i really hated Houston traffic most of all. 11/17/2017

  • I worked in the Cath lab department(s) in the hospital. What little staff they have are extremely rude and under skilled. Most senior RN has one year lab experience. Do not follow safety standards and do not like suggestions to do so. unsafe unhappy and unfriendly atmosphere. 05/12/2017

    • Housing was approximately 1 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was mandalay. Housing was located in city of Houston. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. Felt safe in my apartment but outside not so much.
  • I worked in the OR department(s) in the hospital. Hospital was not staffed well, and the nurses seemed either poorly trained or motivated in almost every department I encountered. Even the cafeteria people barely did their jobs, and treated you like you were interrupting them when they did so. This is a facility in the HCA system so it is not that surprising, as their priorities are 1. Their reputation 2. The happiness of the doctors 3. Money, and 4 the patients (because that is where the money comes from). They preach that they want to change things for the better, but there is absolute 0 follow though, and 0 accountability for the employees. 02/21/2016
