  • I worked in the L&D department(s) in the hospital. The nurses in L&D were very welcoming. It was my first travel assignment and they taught me a lot. The night nurses were fair with the workload. Never given anything that was unsafe. Very happy to have started in this hospital. 08/20/2019
    • Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was paradise by the sea. Housing was located in city of Oceanside. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 5. RV resort. Great location, great staff, clean, and very secured. Pool and hot tub a bonus.

The housing was ok. I traveled with my dog, which put in the dog section apt and they face the busy thruway. Otherwise I was very happy with the apt. It all depends on your company bc another traveler with my company had different housing

Most night shift charge nurses show poor leadership by talking very badly about other nurses to anyone who will listen. Travelers seem to work half of every weekend. Continuity of care is almost nonexistant. 07/26/2006
