  • I worked in the 6B Med/Surg department(s) in the hospital. 3 shifts of on the floor orientation plus a few days of hospital orientation. All staff very nice to work with. Make sure you know the dates you need off prior to submitting your contract because they would not let me request anything else off aside from what was written in my contract. 05/17/2016

    • Housing was approximately 2 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was my own find. Housing was located in city of syracuse. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 3. I found my own housing.
  • I worked in the MICU department(s) in the hospital. The staff are very nice and helpful, always asking if I needed help. I never got a crappy assignment. One called and Thanked me for floating. Housing was difficult I stayed in hotel. Parking sucked you had to pay 90/mo. I paid 34 for lot 5 min away and walked. The cafeteria was expensive. The doctors were very friendly. I like this hospital. 08/18/2015
    • Housing was approximately 5 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was super 8 or extended stay. Housing was located in city of Liverpool. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 4. I stayed in hotel $50/night through price line. I found housing difficult But lived 2 hrs away so I stayed worked one week then went home one week. They also scheduled me how I wanted.
  • Staff are overworked and understaffed. aides are miserable, hate travlers, wont do anything for you. Just look at you when you ask or downright refuse. License is on the line every day there.

  • Housing for this assignment sucked. The location of housing was surrounded by strip joints. Syracuse is a little depressing to live in. Not a lot to do here.
    • I worked in the ED department(s) in the hospital. Housing was approximately 3 mile(s) from the hospital. The name of the housing complex was Briarcliff estates. Housing was located in city of Syracuse. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate it a 1. Buildings are old, they are built on a hill, with no easy way to get belongings down or up the hill, except with a dolly, with numerous steps. Hated the location.
