- I worked in the ER department(s) in the hospital. Parking, technology, resources, equipmentm appearance, safety, cleanliness, Ancillary staff, and floor staff were excellent. The multitude of different redundant computer systems for data entry and med dispensing, passive-aggressive nurse attitudes, and stab you in the back administrative staff were not so excellent. Expect NO oreintation besides having a few nurses loosely follow you for 2 shifts. Yeah, you are on your own here, me friend. Sink or swim. They make their nurses wear position trackers. I kid you not. And if you take the time to help another nurses' needy patient, dont expect a thank you. Instead, expect 20yo BSN, TNCC, CEN retribution. Dont even THINK you are of any worth here. Instead, be expected to be told YOU are out of line for the slightest miscommunication. They will flat out lie and lay a multitude of BS reasons why they are cancelling your contract. Although the MDs, PAs, and NPs are were very good, and freindly, and the region's patients are pretty decent, your fellow nurses here are "magnet status" clones. They are not your friends, unless youre one of them yourself. Free-thinkers beware. 09/29/2015
