- I worked with Focus-Staff when I first started traveling and my recruiter then was awesome! I was contacted again by them, they informed me that my previous recruiter retired, that should have been an indication to move on. The pros: so far I have not had a problem getting my paycheck on time and they do offer insurance that starts the 15th of every month. They did get me an assignment pretty quick and I started working right away. Cons: They did not help find housing and they have not contacted since I started the contract. I also found out that I was low-balled on my assignment, not by much but nonetheless, low-balled. I may use them again, I may not. 04/21/2016
- Worked with Focus for three years and the attention provided by them slowly wore each year. By the end of my association with them I was finding my own contracts. The final straw was I had my contract cancelled before I started but not before I secured an apt put down deposit etc. Kyle Rhoads senior manager suggested that I wait until the last minute to secure housing and get a extended stay until then on future assignments. They did nothing after to help me secure another job and I was stranded 1300 mi from home, no job, and fighting to get my deposit back and out of a lease in Boulder CO. NEVER will use them again. Lethargic, unattentive, POOR listeners, non- professional. 03/23/2016
- This agency seems to be ok over all. The biggest issue will be the recruiter you get. As we all know they will make or brake a contract. The one i had started off well but that quickly ended. I was lied to about numerous aspects of the contract in found myself in a messy situation. Housing is a hit or miss. Pay is decent not the best not the worse. They will say whatever to get you on a contract then forget about you afterwards once you sign. I would look around for a different agecy first and use this one as a back up or fall back there are much better ones out there that will respect you. Im still waiting on a call back a week later. 09/23/2015
