- This company is so utterly disorganized it is mind blowing. I have no idea how they are still in business. They will tell you that they submitted you for an orientation, then make up excuses as when it falls through last minute; Even when you have emails to prove it. I lost more than one opportunity for an orientation because they have no idea what they are doing.
Disorganization: they will have 6 different people calling you telling what requirements a hospital needs at the very last minute. They do not send a detailed list of requirements. They have 10 different people asking you for documents you have already sent to them. You practically have to tell them how to do their job, and even then, they still can't figure it out! Even if you ask about Sitels needing completed, they will send them to you the day before they are due.
The only positive thing about them is their pay rate was good.
