To be considered for TNC’s list, each agency needed to meet certain criteria. They must have a website, have at least 20 reviews on our site, and have been voluntarily reviewed by a travel nurse in the last three months. You got to negotiate! Because they all play games with you if you let them. The only recruiter I can remember I had that was excellent was PJ with MSN Staffing. He took real good care of me back in 2008 when the market crashed.
I used to work for flexcare in 2017 and disagree to see they are number one! If you’re sick, even with a doctor note, the would charge me 35$/h out of the pay. Meaning when I was sick for 12h = 420$ out of my weekly pay.. they are thieves!
