    1. Overall a great company to work for. Anoying if you work nights shift as they would call in the middle of your sleep day. If you want season greetings not the company to work for, but did have minimal staff to help with problems that might arise.

    2. I have been a travel nurse with Trinity for four years and have never regretted it. The company is always supportive and has helped me out of several binds while I was on the road. To date, Ive never had any issues reaching my recruiter, Steve Turner. There has never been an issue with my pay, and the contracts are fairly straight forward concerning how my pay is allotted for holidays, overtime, etc. There have been a few complications over the years, but those have been related to a facility or random chance. Unlike some of the posters here, I dont consider the actions of a facility to be the fault of my travel company. In the only instance where I had an issue with a work site Trinity got my side of the story in a phone interview, I signed some paperwork online, and Trinity placed me at a new locale roughly two weeks later. Previously I worked for two other agencies and, while they werent bad, Trinity has treated me exceptionally well since Ive been with them. Since Ive been with the company theyve provided Blue Cross insurance and the pay has been good. More importantly, they have always responded to calls/texts/emails almost immediately. Im very happy with the company and have never even considered another agency during my time with them.

    3. The recruiter “RY” was horrible ! He takes off a lot so good luck on trying to get a hold of him, especially when you need him and NO, he doesn’t “work off site” as he says. he doesn’t return emails or phone calls unless it is at HIS convenience and will tell you, “I am extremely busy and have 60 to 70 Travelers…I place 14 – 15 Travelers a week…” (I can send you his emails) “…don’t email me long emails…” He submits you to client facilities without any knowledge of what the assignment pays, what the On-Call pay or Call-Back pay is and takes over A WEEK to send you a contract after you have been given an offer and when you ask these questions or ask “Where is my contract?” he ignores you for days if not a week or more until he responds ! Their Housing is THE WORSE and they will put you in a ghetto next to a homeless shelter, across from a mental clinic and they will not hesitate to tell you, “That is the best they can do” ! Their pay is lousy and TRINITY HSG will keep your earned wages at their discretion ! And to make matters worse, their H.R. Director, “MH” is just as bad and backs everything “RY” does ! I would literally RUN from this agency and tell everyone you come across to do the same, trust me ! Good luck if you do. A Traveler for 20 years !

    5. Bad experience with recruiter. Did not hear from her often and she waited till the last minute to find my next assignment. When I informed her after the 2nd assignment that I was going with another agency, she was very rude.

    6. My current recruiter Richard stabbed me in the back regarding my guaranteed hour issues and then when I questioned why I didn’t get paid the story changed (it seems on call time during nights/weekends is considered part of your guarantee hour contract). His story/position changed after my assignment expired. I lost $1400 in my last 2 assignments with them. fired them.

    7. I don’t have a good connection with this company. Most of my concerns come from pay related issues, but I also just don’t have a trust for them in my gut.

    8. This is my first travel experience, and my recruiter, Shannon Mau, really took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about travel nursing. Trinity offers extremely competitive pay and great benefits. Could not have imagined a better first experience. Thank you Trinity!!

    9. I truly love working for Trinity ! Everyone in the company is so professional and truly wants to make travel nursing a great experience for you. My recruiter, Steve Turner, always checks in to make sure everything is going well. If I have a question he is always available to answer it. Great company !

    10. Shannon Mau is my recruiter and he is truly great at his job. Any questions I have he gets me an answer for. I couldn’t ask for a better agency. Trinity is topen notch.

    11. Trinity is a great company, My recruiter name is Missy Clagg and she is awesome. She truly cares about the nurses she work with. I totally reccomend this agency to all nurses.

    12. Steve is a great recruiter. He has been supportive. He and the company have had my back while trying travel nursing this year. Will continue to use them and rev omen to other nurses.

    13. This is the only company I have worked for so far and I couldn’t imagine not working for them thanks to my awesome recruiter, Steve Turner. I travel with a friend and we have never had issues with finding an assignment and Steve constantly checks in on us. I would highly recommend this travel company to others !

    14. I am on my 4th contract and strongly recommend Trinity and especially Steve Turner. He is real, open, honest, caring and professional. They treat me like family and have bent over backwards to make sure I am happy and enjoy my job! I have brought several friends on and trust this agency! I feel safe and looked after and know I have the support I need to lead a stress-free life and enjoy all the fun of travel nursing and patient care on my own terms with Trinity’s help! No regrets here!

    15. New travel nurse. Shannon Mau has been excellent in helping me learn the process. Pay is awesome! Will be encouraging my nurse friends to contact Shannon at Trinity!! Thank you!

    16. Cherie Foerster is my recruiter at Trinity and has always supported me in every way to get the travel contract I desired. When there was a problem with my recent contract she offered me extra compensation to make up the difference. I would highly recommend Cherie to anyone interested in travel nursing.

    17. My recruiter, Missy Clagg, is absolutely AMAZING. She has become like family to me! She is always there to answer any questions, help or encourage me! I am currently on my 2nd assignment with Trinity and will more than likely do more! Missy Clagg is GREAT!!

    18. Missy Clagg is a great recruiter. She got me an interview the day she submitted me and the job offer as well. Thanks

    19. My recruiter is Missy Clagg and she is always readily available when I have questions. She either has the answer or directs me to the right source. Missy has a positive attitude and is always fun to text, or speak with. I have not one negative comment to say about Trinity.

    20. Missy Clagg is my recruiter and she is one of the best I have worked for. She is always on top of things, even if she is away on vacation and I had a problem she would address it immediately. Missy considers her nurses as her family and meets with them for dinners/hiking/exercising/and any other events that comes up.

    21. I feel very fortunate to have found Trinity Healthcare Staffing and especially my recruitor, Missy Clagg. Missy works harder than any person that I know. Trinity is not just a job to her, she really cares about her nurses/ clients. I always feel like Missy has my best interest at heart, no matter what. Trinity and Missy feel like family to me and when you are so far from home, that is so very important. Thank You so much Missy Clagg and Trinity!!! Absolutely the best!!!

    22. My recruiter Chrie Fourester has been wonderful. She has always solved any problem I’ve ran into. I would highly recommend her to other traveler.

    23. Missy clagg is my recruiter. She has made all the difference. She reliable, easy to speak with, and helps me get the contracts I want. She more like a friend than a recruiter. I definitely will be sticking with her!!

    24. Been with them 20 months now. 1st recruiter wonderful but she moved to management in another company. 2nd recruiter took 3 weeks before I even knew who she was. Then she moved on but not before screwing me on my previous contract. 3rd recruiter said he couldn’t fix what she did and it cost me over $500. Now he has done little for me or hasn’t really kept in contact with me except are you really for your next assignment. I am dumping them after this contract. Enough is enough!

    25. This agency has been an absolute nightmare to work with. My recruiter was great in the beginning but since I started my assignment, she’s next to impossible to get in touch with. It’s been very disappointing, especially since they are a nurse owned company. The housing they put me in is not what I’m used to…very noisy, old and rundown apartment complex. I will finish this assignment but this will be the last one I do with them. I would not recommend this agency.

    26. I’ve worked with Shannon Mau twice now (with another agency once – it was good, too). He’s fast and thorough, and as accommodating as possible. He knows his stuff, and gets good pay rates for nurses.

Trinity is a great agency overall. Highly recommend!

    27. SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE A NURSE OWNED COMPANY!STAY AWAY FROM TRINITY! TRINITY ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY!
I was lied upon at a hospital where the CN barely has a high school education (she admitted that she had been arrested and had obtained her GED)…Trinity DID not support me. My contract was cancelled because I came to work did my job and did not engage in their idle gossip of management, blacks and Hispanics….STAY AWAY FROM COLUMBUS REGIONAL HEALTHCARE IN COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC! I told Trinity of my woes and they blamed me!
I was terminated from this facility without trial or jury. I was told “NC is a right to work state”

TRINITY HEALTHCARE took the side of the facility and fired me without even giving me an opportunity to rightfully defend myself.
TRINITY healthcare should be ashamed of calling themselves a “nurse owned company”

    28. This is an agency that I worked for and helped build for more than 15 years. Brought in numerous nurses and even facilities. They showed their appreciation and loyalty by firing me after I walked out on an assignment that was dangerous and demeaning. The medical director and the nursing director would huddle like small children and bad mouth the nurses, primarily the agency nurses. You were always given the perceived worst assignments with no help while the staff nurses were always given the relief positions of float assignments. That basically meant they would help just who they wanted too. And if you are a white, intelligent, hard working male, then you were left to drown on your own. This ED manager was known for her irrational behaviors and outbursts in public however admin never saw a problem with it. After she cursed me out in front of the entire bull pen I walked out. Called this agency and explained why. They fired me because they were more concerned about their contract and they k own fly still place their nurses there in harms way. That to me is despicable and deplorable and goes against every nursing value we’ve ever been taught. This is a nurse owned company mind you. They have let profit cloud their integrity it seems. Steer clear.

    29. Assigned to a departing traveler for orientation. The nurse lied in her evaluation of me, contract cancelled with no information from me. Trinity uninterested in facts and totally unsupportive. No response to phone calls or emails from anyone since EXCEPT weekly list of job openings which I can’t seem to opt out of. NO I wouldn’t work for them again.

    30. Renauta M. Jack is an excellent recruiter. The insurance benefits are good. I will continue to recommend this agency.

    31. They deal in small time hospitals. Non-supportive horrible company they are just out to make money off of your suffering. Avoid at all costs

    32. Tried to convince me to continue to work in a medically dangerous environment. Did not care about the threat to my license or mental and physical health.

    33. Good company at first, i’ve traveled with them for 2 assignments. Poor Insurance, they mess up my paycheck nearly everyweek (not kidding), There housing stipend is nice depending on where you are at, the staff are nice, overall pay is great compared to a staff job (roughly double). They do attempt to work with you but i have the overall feeling that i am just making them money. They only pay a certain amount for travel ($400 i think) which doesnt get you across country and they DO NOT fully pay you back for new licenses you have to get. I will be trying a new company soon, maybe Trinity is the best and they just have less kinks than anyone else… time will tell.

    34. Started off going really well, then it seems like they forgot about me. Working with their different departments to get all of my paperwork in has been like pulling teeth, and I have often had to email them several to a dozen times on the same issue, resubmit the same form 2-3 times, and hound them constantly. Also, other agencies pay considerably better I’ve recently discovered!

    35. I have been with Trinity for appointments 3 contracts, they have been great and pay has been great. My recruiter Ron York is spot on and goes over board when I need anything. I highly recommend this company.

    36. I am on my 2nd/3rd contract with this company. the first was GREAT. awesome rate, awesome housing, etc. the 2nd hit a snag and when some companies would have bailed, trinity stuck by me and made sure everything was rectified. i DEFINITELY recommend them!

    37. Very disappointed on how my experience went. I am a researcher and I chose this company because of the good ratings. I guess I should always follow my gut. My first impression with the recruiters they sent to the Vegas Conference should of had been enough for me to run. Poor response time to multiple things and request. Felt like I got put on back burner. Even at this time I haven’t spoke to my recruiter in weeks!
RUN! I feel like they are for the money and not nurses, high recruiter to nurse ratio’s too!

    38. Did not take housing, so I can’t comment on those and be fair. Always seemed to get recruiters voicemail verses speaking to a person. Then would get an answer to the voicemail via email. Almost felt as though they didn’t want to talk to you. Paycheck incorrect and reimbursements were slow. Felt as a number and a paycheck to the company more than a partner. very disappointing. Even felt that way speaking to upper management hoping they might want to know how to improve things and felt like it fell on deaf ears. Will not work for them again.

    39. My recruiter Tara Smith is amazing! I truly feel that she does everything possible to get me what I want. I love Trinity and would be very hesitant to ever use another agency!

    40. It wasn’t the agency as much as it was the agent that was not trustworthy. She promise you one thing and you never received it. I’ll never use them again.

    41. Please be careful when choosing this company. Pay is lower than what is quoted. Housing is difficult to get . This company does not back its Nurses, it only backs the Hospitals . They do not help when problems arise . You as the Nurse are just a number to them, they will replace you and not think twice about it. Very friendly to get you to sign with them, then you are left on your own. I am a seasoned travel nurse and a friend mentioned this company. I would not recommend this company due to low pay, housing problems, no care for the Nurses and any problems that may arise.

    42. Do not work with this company. They DO NOT provide housing as they made that clear to me, and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to send you a contract to sign.

    43. Steve Turner has been an awesome recruiter. The entire agency has been very supportive and quick to address and questions or issues I’ve had.

    44. My recruiter was Chelsea. She was very nice but did not deliver what she promised and then had her manager try to bully me in to accepting way less than she had promised. Very disappointing and a roller coaster ride. Unprofessional!

    45. I LOVE WORKING WITH TRINITY. TRAVELING AS BEEN THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE AND THIS COMPANY HAS HELPED MAKE IT THIS WAY. MY RECRUITER AUDRA IS THE BEST IVE WORKED WITH AND I HAVE WORKED WITH OTHER COMPANIES. SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AT THE SAME TIME VERY EASY TO TALK TO ABOUT ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY ANYDAY.

    46. It has been a pleasure working with Trinity. My recruiter is the best!! I will recommend her to anyone who wants to get into travel nursing with a great company. She get the jobs done!!

    47. Always treated fairly and they always check on me and make sure I am doing ok. I ALWAYS get a call weekly from my recruiter to just check in on me. Love all the staff at the office.

    48. As with life, travelling has had its challenges. My Recruiter has been there every step of the way, and righted the wrongs. Nothing can be perfect, mistakes can happen, but my Recruiter and everyone in the office has my back when I feel all alone travelling. I would never choose another agency, and I always refer them. It’s not all about money. It’s about teamwork, and taking care of eachother as human beings.

    49. Wonderful agency! Always available when needed. Pay correct. Housing great! I would recommend them to everyone I know who is interested in traveling. I have been in healthcare for 21 years and they really know this business. I always felt they had my back.

    50. Trinity is the first and only company I have actually taken assignments with thus far in my travel career. Mostly because my recruiter is amazing, the pay is better than most others, benefits start day one, and housing is great. The only downside is assignment selection, but my specialty can be tough to place.

    51. Friendly recruiters but the company is the primary vendor at a couple of hospitals = a major conflict of interests. They are way more interested in appeasing the hospital than the safety of their RNs. Typical travel company that has forgotten their roots, and are no longer interested in RN satisfaction.

    52. Great company.
Pros: If housing not adequate, will make it right. Recruiters very helpful and friendly, even after your name is on the dotted line. Great insurance plan.
Cons: If there is any holiday during the week, your check is deposited late. Even if holiday in on Monday. Few jobs available if you work in a specialized area. Understandable for smaller

    53. When called to tell them we were in unsafe working environment and we felt our license was jeapordized by this, they threatened us with monetary “fines” if we didn’t complete the contract.
Our recruiter was great, the remainder of the agency left a lot to be desired.

    54. Very honest company and recruiter. Pay above what other agencies offer and always on time. Excellent benefits included in pay rate. Only downfall is they don’t have matching 401K. Can get recruiter anytime day or night. Best travel co. hands down!

    55. Trinity is a good company to work for. The staff are friendly and the pay is right on time. Housing I have had problems with but they have always corrected if there was a problem. The employee is not always able to see what assignments are available and this is a draw back for the traveler who wants the ability to be able to choose an assignment for themselves rather than relying on a recruiter.

    56. When I initially started my assignment, my recruiter was great. Since my contract was cancelled by the hospital, my new recruiter (my old one is gone)has not called me, returned my phone calls or e-mails. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone at the agency.

    57. Exceptional service to travelers. Direct Dep.pay always correct and on time. Recruiter Amy is a blessing. Responsive to questions, concerns, willing to work out any problems, of which I hardly had any. Answered question promptly and was very respectful of night shift sleeping hours. Avail 24/7

    58. They are an excellent company. They will break your pay rate down to the last cent. You never stay anywhere you feel unsafe plus they give you options on where you can stay. So you have a choice. I love this company and will travel with them anytime.

    59. These folks go out of their way to make things right. If they do not have the exact assignment you want they will try to find it. This is a nursing agency, per diem and travel, that is owned and operated by nurses. Ive worked for them exclusively sinse 1999. Available 24/7.

    60. This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. Need more assignment selections. Very professional and friendly. What they say they will do, they do. Hope to travel with them again!!!!
