    1. After reading the other reviews I am somewhat relieved that I am not alone in my terrible experience with Therapia Staffing. My main complaint is the two recruiters I worked with had very poor and inconsistent communication, and did not behave in a professional manner. It was often difficult to reach them and get a response to email/text/calls, even from the head recruiter. On the weekends no one is available for questions or support. There are plenty of other problems with this agency but this was my main one. I would not recommend this agency to any travel nurses.

    2. Ugh – I really wanted to like this company! They seemed great in the beginning. I’ve worked with several travel companies over the years, and they seemed liked the best. However…. I completed my contract with them 2 1/2 months ago and they still have not paid me for hours that I worked and was contracted for. I’ve worked with four staff members, including sending an email to the president of the company (which was never returned), but they go weeks without returning messages, do not do what they say they are going to do, and do not follow up. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company if you want to get paid for your work!

    3. The staffing agency was completely unprofessional. Paycheck / reimbursements not deposited into bank account. Any questions about pay only discussed via phone. Upon termination of contract, the company refused to provide, in writing, a formal letter stating termination of contract, the reasons for the termination, or how I was to be reimbursed for my time. I was treated with hatred and in a completely unprofessional manner. I travelled 1500 miles from home for this contract and when I was put on quarantine for COVID 19 results, the company then terminated my employment and refused to pay quarantine pay. This company is not listed in the BBB. I am not sure if this is even a legitimate agency.
