My recruiter Thomas was amazing! he has been in staffing for several years, and he used to work in the cath lab before he came to Sharp. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind, and I never had any issues while on assignment. I definitely will be working with him again!
Worst agency ever. I was sent to a direct placement facility. It had a ton of safety issues. They could have cared less. I had paychecks withheld despite them having signed timesheets. When I was asked to take an 8-month old patient, I refused. Had enough, and tried to break contract. They threatened to sue for up to $18k.
Their business model is to build relationships with hospitals so they can get direct contracts and increase their profits, which means they are focused on the hospitals happiness not the travel RNs. They never tell the hospital no, so be ready to go where ever the hospital wants or risk having your contract canceled.
