I have been with RTG since Feb 2019. My recruiter, JJ Mastny, is a great guy. I signed a contract and before I started the rates increased. He went to bat for me and insisted I get the increased rate which amounted to $400/week. Although I am a very low maintenance traveler, he is very responsive to my texts. I have only had to reach out when it’s time to start looking at new contracts, but he will call a couple of times during a contract to touch base. (Which is what I want)
I like that RTG is a smaller company. My rates are competitive with every other agency. I find that I am usually making a little more than other travelers.

I’ve been with this agency for almost a year and absolutely love my recruiter (Veronica Barnhart). She answers my emails texts messages phone calls in a timely manner. Pay is always great and I’ve never had a problem with my pay being on time. “V” Listens to my rambling and puts up with my procrastination. I will continue to use her 100% and would totally recommend her and this agency
I have worked with RTG for 2 years, and will continue to be with them as long as they continue to treat me so well. My recruiter/agent is Suzette Shepherd, and she is the BEST I have ever had! She is my advocate, my wise council, and my friend. I know I can count on her to honor the RTG commitment to me. Not only does she respond to me anytime I need her, she either has the answer to my problem or will find out for me. The pay package I receive from RTG is always competitive (yes, I still compare rates with other agencies) and generally exceeds them. I have been with multiple agencies in the 10 years I have traveled, and RTG is by far the best!
I am not sure about all the negative comments about this company. I have traveled with them for the last 3 years, my pay has always been on time and accurate. My contracts are always exactly what is discussed and in an easy format to read and comprehend; no hidden language or clauses, no surprises. I only work days and have have never had a problem finding work in areas of the country I want to go to. My recruiter is accessible and easy to talk to. Of course I try to respect his time too, I don’t call him in the middle of the night or weekends. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
I switched from another company to RTG for a high-paying contract. Since then I have been 100% committed to sticking with my recruiter. He is very honest and efficient. I have never had any problems with him or the company itself. I am beyond pleased with the attention they have paid to me. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I realize people make posts when they are mad,but I am being honest. They DO NOT care about the RN. They(Suzette Shepard) lied about the contract and are telling me I have to do things that are not in my contract or else I will be cancelled and can never work for Parrallon again. Even my recruiter’s supervisor(Bill Fleck) told me certain things and then went directly against his word. This is by far the worst, most dishonest company I have traveled with! I have no reason to lie, DONT USE RTG MEDICAL!
Completely honest. One has to stick to your guns to get a contract that works for you, but once it’s in your contract they abide by it. They stick by the words “guaranteed hours”, too. Would appreciate better housing options. Like most agencies based in Nebraska, they have no idea how much housing costs in the rest of the country.
I’ve been with RTG for a couple of assignments now, and they are just great! I love the single point contact aspect. It really makes a difference.
Nightmare. The agent tried to force me to extend a job a third time although I had been I firming him for a month that I would no extend. The way in which he did this was to promise other jobs that kept falling through until I had missed over a month of pay. RTG agents are not to be trusted under any circumstance. THEY LIE and CHEAT

Had a terrible recruiter (Ryan) – and while their pay is decent…I would run from dealing with them.

Recruiter works hard to accomodate our needs. Returns calls/emails promptly. Everything as promised. Paychecks accurate and on time. Would recommend RTG to anyone!
GREAT INSURANCE, HOUSING VERY GOOD. RECRUITER IS AWESOME, VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT. RETURNS CALL IMMED. CHECKS ALWAYS RIGHT AND ON TIME. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYTIME
