I love my recruiters I have had at USSI. Erika is amazing! Very Responsive!
Excellent and consistent. I’ve never had a problem in 5 years. If they say they will do something, they do it. Very easy to reach and responsive when needed. I tried another agency because there was an assignment I wanted. I was very disappointed because I learned that not every agency will have my best interest in mind when they place me on assignment.
I wish they have more housing options for short term assignments (<3 months) other than using Extended Stay Hotels. Please read the contract carefully and negotiate the terms, if necessary. Tita Mae Reyes is an excellent recruiter. She tries to accommodate most of my requests.
First time with the company. My recruiter was excellent from the start. She always followed up with me weekly. It was a bit stressful to start the process but payed off so far. The travel plan was not that organized as I was not informed all the travel details until the day of my flight only after emailing and calling them several times to confirm every detail on my assignment. It was upsetting but my recruiter was very apologetic and promised for things to get better. Benefits and insurance plan was not even elaborated nearing my assignment, therefore I had no insurance plan. Paycheck was always on time. Hourly pay could be better with the amount of work done. But so far, satisfied. Will continue with the company. Hoping my next assignment will go smoother with the set up and hoping that pay was a little better.
