I am very disappointed with PNS. My recruiter was often hard to get a hold of. When I had questions she would sometimes take weeks to get back to me. I would call her, text her, email her and would heat nothing in return. My assignment had been over for 1 month and I have not received my travel allowance, though I turned in the receipt the day after I returned home. In addition, I have not received my medical expenses allowance for my physical and vaccination titers. I have asked over 20 times and the recruiter keeps telling me she is checking on it. I will not be using PNS again. I felt they were unprofessional, unsupportive, and dishonest.
My experience with PNS has been amazing! As long as I’m traveling, I will only work with Professional Nursing Service. I used PNS for my first travel assignment and they answered all of my questions and walked me through the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have take several assignments with them since, they were able to beat any package $ amount I was given from other travel companies and find me assignments in all the locations I have wanted to go thus far and the USVI.
