    1. Hospital Cancelled my contract and I turned in my hours to the company and they Kept my entire check of almost 1500.00
Never will call you only text.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are out for themselves. Sent me to a place where there is no computer training, will not have your back. Just take your hard earned money. Disguisting

    2. Had issues when got to the job site
Had a rep that lived to text more than call you. When you call never answer but text later stating was busy in meetings always in meetings. Was more interested in trying to send you to places they want you to go to nit where you would like to go. Always a rhyme and reason for that. Pay on low side. Never used the benefits. Good advice just stay away.

    3. Please do not seek this firm. Very poor customer service and communication especially from Scott Hammer. Avoid them at all cost. Deceptive. Poorly run firm. They lie for their own profit.

    4. Of the several agencies I have worked with they are by far the worst. Poor communication and follow up. They fire reps regularly. Management is incredibly dismissive and non-responsive. Avoid them at all cost.

    5. Tim Strack is an AWESOME recruiter! Very friendly, accessible, and helpful. The agency itself was not incredibly helpful with housing, but the stipend they offer is adequate. They do not pay for licenses in other states unless you really really press them. I did not utilize their benefits/insurance, but it seemed a bit pricey. Some of their paperwork has medical terms horribly misspelled, which made both my physician and me question their legitimacy initially. However, they seem to be on top of things and always have my paycheck in on time. Not the best agency from what I’ve seen, but I’ve been very happy with them!

    6. The agency was good pay although the recruiter diud not care about the traveler who runs into problems with a facility due to having an acute medical issue. The recruiter was not suppotive when encountered difficult times. He totally abandoned me. Do not use this agency!

    7. The agency was good pay although the recruiter diud not care about the traveler who runs into problems with a facility due to having an acute medical issue. The recruiter was not suppotive when encountered difficult times. He totally abandoned me. Do not use this agency!

    8. I worked with Stephanie Plechas (I think the spelling is right). She was the worst recruiter I have ever spoke with. Do NOT accept an assignment with this lady!! She is beyond rude, cursing at me when I confronted her about stipends and housing options that didn’t pan out once placed. She is a liar! She does not care about us, bottom line is she is out for her commission. If this company wants to succeed, you should fire this worthless incompetent, narcissist account manager!

    9. Verbally told I had a job offer but it took them 2 days to send me the contract. They were supposed to find me appropriate housing. They did not even start looking for housing until 1 week before I was to start the assignment. They did not find me adequate housing. What the recruiter tells me is not “quite the truth”. Contract had all kinds of changes from what I was verbally told by recruiter.. Steer clear of this agency until it gets its act together. Recruiter totally ignores emails. I prefer them since I cannot count on what she verbally tells me.

    10. You have your own recruiter – but they all work together as a team to support their nurses. Recruiter is always touching base and making sure you’re ok and if you need anything.
Only downfall is the insurance is too much!

    11. Working with One Staff has been a pleasure. I was sent on a 13 week assignment that turned into a year. Mike, checked on my weekly and on occasions more often. I had a great experience and would work with them again. My pay was late once, but 1 call and it was fixed within the hour. Housing was perfect.

    12. Onestaff Medical is 100% at the top of their game while submitting for assignments. After the contract is signed communication is becomes non-existent. Only my 2nd travel assignment and I now realize I should have stayed with my original company… Lesson learned!
