This is a small local company. The pay rates are good but they offer very little in the way of benefits. They expect you to find your own housing; they don’t offer housing as they predominantly work with local travelers and local facilities. You can get insurance, but at a price, which is a rather large chunk out of your pay. I worked with them on and off for over 2 years. They tend to push you toward contracts they want to fill rather than searching for one that fits your needs. But if you make it clear that you are willing to change companies to get what you want they get the message. That being said, they are otherwise friendly and attentive. I have never had trouble contacting them when I need something. The one time there was an error on my paycheck it was rectified within an hour of my phone call.
