This company took forever to reimburse me for lab draws that they promised they would. I had to harass my recruiter to get this done before it was taken into collections. Recruiter never called to check on how things were going. I will never work with this agency again
I found Healthcare Pros off TravelNurseCentral in 2013; i don’t have a lot to compare too as its my first agency, but service has been excellent. On my 3rd assignment i thought i had everything mastered until my airbnb fell through. I was able to call my recruiter on friday afternoon, last minute, and they setup a hotel for the following week for me within an hour. Needless to say i recommend HealthCare Pros and their Staff!@!!

Easy to work with. My recruiter knew of almost every hospital, informed me of rates and everything in writing in an email which was nice! No surprises, and my assignment was very similar to what was explained to me! I reccomend

This is the best company I have ever worked for in Healthcare. Honest, reliable, upfront, will refer all nurses I know here they had so many offers for me to choose from it was difficult to decide. I love travel nursing and they make it a pleasant experience.
for the 2 years i worked in California i used them for 1.5 years. A small company so they don’t cheat you out of your pay. very satisfied with them. And also had the same recruiter with them the whole time!

This is my 1st assignment and HCP has done all they said they wld do. Communication is excellent and I have never had a problem reaching them or getting ph calls returned in a very timely manner! Nothing bad to say about them 🙂 I found my own housing and haven’t had to use my ins up to this point and am not too familiar w/it which is why I scored a 3.
