When I first began travel nursing 4 years ago, I started with this agency. This is not an agency I would recommend or use for anyone beginning or familiar to travel nursing.
The recruiter, Kellie, like the other comments state, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. Rude and condescending. Kellie will go out of her way to find you on Facebook or other forms of social media, to pry into your business, and will Facebook message you if she cant get ahold of you because you didnt fax over your monthly homework she sent you in the mail (similar to those who are familiar with online education except this company MAILS you monthly assignments). After hours, there is no one to get ahold of, reliability is few and far between. I told Kellie I was leaving for a better company and higher pay, she threw a fit and threatened to demean me to another company and talk negatively about me. If this is someone you want to work for, more power to you, but I prefer people who know how to act and deal with situations appropriately and professionally, not throwing temper tantrums on the phone when you say something she doesnt agree with or hunts you down on social media to demean you through Facebook messenger. One of the few people I have blocked on Facebook due to the fact she continued to harass me even after I left this company. For a supposed professional adult Kellie is beyond immature…last time I checked, high school WAS over 15 years ago…
Pay is BI-WEEKLY. Not sure about anyone else but I enjoy my weekly paychecks I receive from my current company. Had to fax them a paper time card every week (every other company Ive been with, weve worked online…plus I can check my pay stubs online, not wait for the mail with my pay stub to make sure my check is correct). Office workers are also very unprofessional. Benefits…mediocre. Housing…other companies pay much better. If you miss any work day with this company, they FORCE you to make it up, and will harass you on the phone and/or social media to make sure you rescheduled your make up day for that week. No pay for call offs.
Stay FAR away from this company. FAR away. If you do decide for whatever reason to use this company, make sure you protect your social media accounts from Kellie.
I called and spoke with the recruiter about a possible contract. We went over potential jobs and mentioned a hospital to her. We ended the conversation on me getting back her. I decided to go with a different agency and received a call from Kelly, the recruiter. She conducted herself in an unprofessional manner. She stated she had drawn up a contract for this position and I had to take it or leave it. I was confused as we never spoke further to establish my employment with Fidelity. Kelly had blindly submitted me. For this reason and her rudeness, I say stay away from Fidelity. When I didn’t concede to her demands, she yelled and would not listen to anything I said. She told me screw you and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and arrogant.
When I first started with fidelity the recruiter Kelly was nice and willing to do a lot for me. Unfortunately due to some circumstances I had to decline the offer she gave me. I understand it takes work to get nurses ready for assignments. However I was treated rudely by Kelly. She is very unprofessional, immature and selfish. Fidelity could be a great company but unfortunately I was not allowed to experience that. I only experienced a holier-than-thou attitude from a recruiter who thinks she can speak to you in a condescending manner.

I worked with Fidelity but left due to the recruiter Kellie’s unprofessionalism. She is a good recruiter and knowledgeable however when something doesn’t go her way, she will yell at you. She places blame on the staff but does not accept responsibility for her wrong doing. She will promise something but not fulfill what she promised. She is a liar, very unprofessional and difficult to work with.
So bad! Avoid this company.

I love working for Fidelity On Call. My recruiter, Kellie, takes the time to get to know me and find the perfect assignment every time.
