3 thoughts on “CareerStaff”
First and only assignment is actually working out dispite the ineptitude I’ve dealt with throughout my association with CareerStaff. Firstly, I was sent a contract with a rate, then told that was a mistake and sent the “corrected” one which was $5/hr less than the one I agreed with. Then, they said the facility that I had expressed interest in was not hiring currently but (surprise!) Genesis was hiring immediately. I did eventually get the assignment but second month in and I’m dealing directly with the nurse director as my recruiter was making so many mistake and causing the facility to pay me OT as the assignments that were communicated to me were one hour earlier than what they actually were. I even have a message thread where I asked for clarification as the other RN I was working with assured me that she was on the 13-21 shift and I was on the 14-22. So, I was told from CS that I was to be there at 13 and I ended up with one hour OT.
In today’s world, one can expect a copy and paste or automated response without having any human connection. That wasn’t my experience when I connected with TNAA Recruiter, Chelsea. She was very prompt in her reply and agreed to a call as well. All of my questions were addressed. She spoke very highly of TNAA as a company and shared how they support one another, as well as their clients. It’s so refreshing to have someone like Chelsea to professionally respond with such care and empathy to a career move. I left our conversation with clarity and reassurance. Two words that are much needed during our times of uncertainty. Thank you, Chelsea!

They lied and admitted they lied. My assignment was horrible!
