I would never call Lynna a recruiter because she has never treated me as a number but an actual person. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and this comes naturally. I will continue to look forward to working with her.
Very rude and disrespectful to hard working nurses. If you ask why you are being treated bad, they will fire you. They lie, they do not care about their nurses. I witnessed the owner speaking to a nurse so rudely, I couldn’t believe it. I had to move three times while working in California, but another nurse staying in the same place as I was did not have to move. I was told she had a dog and this was the reason, however, she did not have a dog and this nurse was a friend of the owner and was treated differently. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, not knowledgeable about the business and they only care about their needs and making money. They made money fast working labor disputes, their office used to be a trailer and after working labor disputes, they moved to a big office building. It is a family business and my recruiter told me she did not agree with the way I was treated and told me I did nothing wrong to be treated the way I was but she had to go along with this person because she was her boss. Horrible experience, would never recommend them. Sad about the lawsuit but all I can say is “karma”.
Worked with Aces on several travel assignments. Always been satisfied with the pay rate and their performance. No company is perfect, but in my 17 years as a travel nurse, they are better than many out there.
This company is now under CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AND INVESTIGATION for not paying nurses correct pay during strikes at SUTTER ALTA BATES. They are contacting all former strike nurses informally via email that they do not have to testify.” Travelers have rights also.”
I have had zero problems out of my company. They help me with all paperwork and keep me informed of what I need to be doing. I’m not sure where some of these comments are coming from but the staff is always professional and willing to help. All pay is correct and arrives on time. My recruiter even sends me an email reminding me to fax my time sheet in. Good luck to everyone.
Worked with this agency for a while. They lie and really think you are dumb. The owner who is also a nurse and a recruiter when she signs you up she doesn’t follow-up on the assignment. Not knowledgeable about her company. All they want is $$$ and try to jip you out of your money. When asked about health insurance I was told that it would cost me $1500.00 per month and the payment has to come out of your first paycheck. THEY ARE A SCAM TO WORK FOR…I’M SORRY I WASTED MY TIME WITH THEM……Read your contract before signing. If you don’t agree with the contract or leave the assignment they will contact Sutter other facilities and tell them not to hire you. They are very vengeful
This agency is very unorganized, unprofessional with poor customer service. My recruiter is very short, fat, have short blonde hair with a very nasty and tasteless attitude. They talk to you any kind of way, promise you housing with close proximity to the facility you will be working at, but when you arrive to your final destination, it’s a different story. They degrade you out of pay rate, and if you have any questions you better mail it to them, because it’s the only way they will receive it (certified mail with return receipt). This company is suppose to be nurses owned, but if nurses like them are suppose to be your friend, you don’t need NO enemies. Trust me, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY!!!!!! RUN!!!
This company didn’t pay rent for housing on time and I ended up getting an eviction notice. My insurance was not paid for on time, not able to get pay stubs and my W-2 only had half of my assignments on it. I had no way of knowing if I received travel pay, if the pet deposit was paid, I didn’t know anything about my pay because they didn’t and couldn’t make that information available. I was told that because they had a different payroll department, that they probably just overlooked me. Six months later, they still have no pay stubs and my W-2 is still wrong. Owner of the company would return phone calls.
The company will sugar talk you and get you to sign on the dotted line. Once this is done you become just another ungreatful nurse to them. You say 1 thing and they will make you a DNR. The company is a joke. They promise you assignments but you never hear from them with more info about the assignments like they promise. Some of the recruiters speak to the nurses rudely all the while forgetting that it’s the nurses that make your company. Don’t waste your time. My friend traveled with them this year and she never got her completion bonus like they promised her. Nursing is stressful all in itself so Working for bad agency’s shouldn’t be added to your stress. Stay away. They don’t deliver.
Rectruiter very dense, does not respond on time, pulling teeth to get information. Must be hyper-aggressive to get info. Rude communications from owners regarding a couple of issues, very unprofessional.
Kept asking me if I wanted to work for them but never offered me work. Called them over and over without ever getting a response. Other travelers said similar things.

unproffessional, unfriendly!

Make sure your recruiter knows what in the hell is going on with your paper work!
Good agency.
Did not have a good experience.

NA
I got to work in a top notch facility and bonuses were paid. I wish I could have gotten more day shift work.
