Best I can gather after this HORRIBLE initial experience with Meredith(Dir of Staffing) and then followed up with an even more crude interaction with the CEO(Troy) is this Company has changed names, does business under several names… (Wapiti Medical Staffing, ERStaff.com, Siouxland Staffing Services)so I would imagine they’ve drawn a very negative experience from the industry and then retools to run from the reputation they build..
My experience: after telling Meredith I wanted to proceed with an assignment, I follow up with her 2 weeks later asking for status…She jumps down my throat, blaming me for the confusion, failure to submit me?? I follow up with Office Mgr, received a call from the CEO and he double-downs & claims Meredith is his greatest asset, tells me I’m mistaken.
Even after sending the emails ***NEVER never never do business with recruiters via the phone, ALWAYS have your contract discussions documented in email***, Troy, Kim & the rest of the C-level listed on their website stand by their Director of Staffing, despite obvious staffing & inability to admit they mess up!
Remember Nurses… WE are the resources staffing agencies need to earn a living, we do not need staffing to find work, they work for us, not the other way around!! Stand-up for yourself, your career & recognize the redflags Staffing Agencies & recruiters show us!
