I have been with Elite for 1 year. I am currently on my 4th recruiter as the others keep “quitting” or getting fired. I don’t always feel that the current recruiter is honest with me and I am not exactly sure who is supposed to be my recruiter as there are THREE different people always asking me for things and sometimes it overlaps and is very frustrating! If it wasn’t for the fact that I have to get new insurance (and have a son on a very expensive medication) I would already be gone. Find another agency. The COO called me personally as well and has gotten more time out of me but I may not renew again if things don’t improve GREATLY.
Genesis has been acquired by Elite Medical Staffing and WOW!!!What a difference. They have been amazing and very accommodating to my needs. Their new COO reached out to me personally (who does that)
Give them a call, they are definitely on the right track now.
I am a new traveler and this was my first agency. Was recommended by someone I worked with prior. Denise is my recruiter though she is the second one I have had. The first was not prompt on call backs so I chose Denise. She was fantastic until I took an assignment. Now getting her to call me back or text me back is like pulling teeth. I was supposed to have insurance starting September 1, have emailed and text messaged her multiple times, she says she will check but I never hear from her. Poor service, no checking in to see if I am doing ok (I am a new traveler), I am very disappointed in this agency & will not take another travel assignment through them.
