Unfortunately this agency was my first experience as a traveling nurse. Thank God I did not take the contract. Completely disorganized. Multiple people telling me what to do and not speaking to each other created a lot of stress for me as a new traveling nurse. I was given roughly 6 days to complete all paperwork and take all online tests. They got my start date wrong and the night before I was supposed to start told me the facility didn’t approve my requested time off… Which they did I spoke with the unit manager directly. I had to keep a paper trail of all of the mistakes because they were so overwhelming…Not trustworthy, do not recommend!
This company is so utterly disorganized it is mind blowing. I have no idea how they are still in business. They will tell you that they submitted you for an orientation, then make up excuses as when it falls through last minute; Even when you have emails to prove it. I lost more than one opportunity for an orientation because they have no idea what they are doing.
Disorganization: they will have 6 different people calling you telling what requirements a hospital needs at the very last minute. They do not send a detailed list of requirements. They have 10 different people asking you for documents you have already sent to them. You practically have to tell them how to do their job, and even then, they still can’t figure it out! Even if you ask about Sitels needing completed, they will send them to you the day before they are due.
The only positive thing about them is their pay rate was good.
